Since 1932 the Bakersfield Symphony Orchestra has created vibrant, exciting, and powerful music. You will be treated to music by the masters, including music from Puccini's operas, symphonies by Brahms, Berlioz, Mozart, Schubert and Tchaikovsky, Bruch's Violin Concerto, Elgar's Cello Concert, and Mozart's Piano Concerto. Each concert features 60 to 80 highly skilled, professional musicians employed by the Symphony to perform some of the world's finest music.

Established in 1945 at its current location & occupying a full city block in historic Oildale California, Trout’s expanded in 2007 is now an almost 8,000 sq ft venue that features 2 separate stages with full backline, 2 hardwood dance floors, and more live entertainment than any other nightclub in the area.
