San Diego Temple
This prominent landmark features striking double towers looming above the I-5 Freeway.
Connecting these twin towers is a peaceful star-shaped atrium filled with a colorful garden.
Other distinctive features include towering art glass and grand staircase to upper-level balcony.

Originally announced in 1937, the depression and World War II delayed its completion until 1956.

mission home and Los Angeles Stake Center.

43rd operating temple of the LDS Church, this building feature a modern six-spire design
with white precast stone walls and copper roof with detailing.
The highest of the six spires is 119 feet, topped by a 10 foot gold-leafed statue of the Angel Moroni.
Temple district covers Southern Nevada and northwest region of Arizona.

Tijuana Mexico Temple
Baja California's first temple will arise soon just south of the state border. Plans to build this temple were announced as General Conference - 02 Oct 2010. Local members indicate that the temple will be constructed in southeastern Tijuana near the Cerro Colorado, a prominent local peak. The temple district would include six LDS stakes in Tijuana and several more in Baja California and Sonora.
