    San Diego Temple

    This prominent landmark features striking double towers looming above the I-5 Freeway. Connecting these twin towers is a peaceful star-shaped atrium filled with a colorful garden. Other distinctive features include towering art glass and grand staircase to upper-level balcony.

    Los Angeles Temple
    Located in West Los Angeles, it is the second largest temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and the last temple designed for live endowments. Originally announced in 1937, the depression and World War II delayed its completion until 1956. A public visitors center is located directly in back along with Beehive clothing store, mission home and Los Angeles Stake Center.

    Smaller temple dedicated August 2005 making it the sixth Mormon Temple completed in California. The Newport Beach temple features a 90 foot single spire and salisbury pink granite from North Carolina instead of the traditional white.

    116th Operating temple of the LDS church was dedicated in 2003. This classic single-spire design is located on 4.6 acres adjacent to the Redlands Stake Center and serves Latter-Day Saint congregations in the Inland Empire, Palm Springs and Mojave Desert regions.

    Las Vegas Nevada Temple
    43rd operating temple of the LDS Church, this building feature a modern six-spire design with white precast stone walls and copper roof with detailing. The highest of the six spires is 119 feet, topped by a 10 foot gold-leafed statue of the Angel Moroni. Temple district covers Southern Nevada and northwest region of Arizona.
    Las Vegas Mormon Temple

    Fresno Temple
    Dedicated: 09-Apr-2000 as the 78th Operating Temple of the LDS Church and serves the temple district which comprises the Fresno, Fresno East, Fresno North, Fresno West, Hanford, Merced, Porterville and Visalia stakes.

    Oakland Temple
    A familiar East Bay landmark is the 170-foot Oakland Temple. This modern Mormon five-spire temple design features a Oriental Motif and a exterior finish of white Sierra granite. On site is a public visitors' center with an inspiring reproduction of Thorvaldsen's Christus statue. Also on the grounds is the East Bay Interstake Center—open to any who wish to attend Sunday services.

    The 123rd operating temple of the LDS Church features a classic-modern, single-spire design built with a light gray granite exterior on a site just outside Sacramento overlooking Lake Natoma. The 47-acre hilltop property is surrounded by majestic oak trees with scenic views of the nearby Sierra Nevada mountains.

    Reno Nevada Temple
    81st operating temple of the LDS church, the Reno Nevada Temple features Classic modern, single-spire design constructed of gray granite quarried near Sharon, Vermont. Temple district covers Northern Nevada and the high sierra region of Eastern California.

    Medford Oregon Temple
    79th Operating temple of the LDS church serving members in Southern Oregon and Northern California. This 10,700-s.f. LDS Temple is located in the center of the beautiful Rogue Valley. A creek runs past the property, which lies between farmland and a residential neighborhood.

    Tijuana Mexico Temple
    Baja California's first temple will arise soon just south of the state border. Plans to build this temple were announced as General Conference - 02 Oct 2010. Local members indicate that the temple will be constructed in southeastern Tijuana near the Cerro Colorado, a prominent local peak. The temple district would include six LDS stakes in Tijuana and several more in Baja California and Sonora.
