Welcome to Hollister

Hollister (pop: 34,400) is a city in and the county seat of San Benito County and its economy is primarily agricultural. It was originally in 1868 as the San Justo Homestead Association, established by William Welles Hollister.

The Mutsun Ohlone Indians were the first known inhabitants of the Hollister region.
