Location: Exit from SR-78 and head 2 miles south on Pine Hills Rd. to Frisius Rd., then head east for 2 miles.
This beautifully-maintained regional park allows camping, hiking, biking, and horse-riding throughout the area.

Lake Cuyamaca
This picture-book 110 acre lake is proof positive that good things come in small packages. Stocked with over 44,000 lbs. of fish, Lake Cuyamaca is the only San Diego lake that is able to stock trout all year long. Other species of fish include Florida bass, smallmouth bass, channel catfish, crappie, bluegill and sturgeon.

Mataquay Scout Ranch - BSA Summer Mountain Camp
Camp Mataguay is an 840 acre property of the San Diego - Imperial Council. This year round facility is open to all Scouting units and other non-Scout organizations. Camp facilities include lodges, cabins, and administration buildings that you can use for unit training, center of operations, or just as a getaway spot. Summer camp offers rifle, archery, swimming, camping, rock-climbing and handicrafts merit badge programs.
