The Catholic church is the largest religious denomination in America.

Local Catholic history dates back to 1776 and the founding of the San Juan Capistrano Mission. The church saw continual expansion over the next two centuries until 1976, when His Holiness Pope Paul VI established the Diocese of Orange with The Most Reverend William R. Johnson installed as First Bishop of Orange.

Cub and Troop programs are oriented for young boys only while older aged (14-20) boys and girls may participate in coed varsity and venturer programs.

Tour Park City
This mountain community is home to three world class ski resorts and hosted several alpine venues of the 2002 Winter Olympics. The historic district is a bustling year-round draw for vacationers.

Mission San Juan Capistrano
Mission San Juan Capistrano is the seventh mission founded November 1, 1776, by early Franciscan priests. Today it is a monument to California’s multicultural history, embracing its Native American, Spanish, Mexican and European heritage. Originally built as a self sufficient community by Spanish padres and Indians, the Mission was a center for agriculture, industry, education and religion.

Mission San Luis Rey de Francia

Known as the "King of Missions" - Mission San Luis Rey is the largest of the California missions and a national landmark. Franciscan friars at the mission conduct regular tours. This church still holds regular worship services and hosts special functions during the week.
