Newly remodeled and overlooking the Capistrano Valley, this resort is a few short blocks from the historic San Juan Capistrano Mission. The Inn features newly renovated guest rooms, an outdoor heated swimming pool and spa and is adjacent to a state-of-the-art conference center accommodating up to 150 guests.

Saddleback was established in 1968 as part of the South Orange County Community College District. The facility features a wide range of programs in Advanced Technology and Applied Sciences, including courses in Aviation, Marine Science, Computer Science and Fashion Design.
