San Diego's highly popular annual modern music festival has been a big event since its inception in 1984. It will feature local and international bands, street entertainers and many specialty food vendors. Crowd capacity could easily exceed 50,000 at this event.

Taste of Del Mar and Art Stroll [Early OCT]
- The event includes a free art stroll and a ticketed restaurant taste. Tease your palate with samples of delicious culinary creations offered by some of Del Mar and North County’s finest food purveyors and sip selections from California wineries
and local breweries while strolling among artist’s tents featuring juried original artwork by over 70 talented, local and regional artists. This spectacular celebration of art and cuisine also includes live music, a children’s interactive art area and a pet stroll.

La Mesa Oktoberfest - 1st Weekend in October

Put on your walking shoes and be prepared to walk 7 city blocks filled with over 400 craft and commercial booths, 5 food courts, 2 beer gardens, a children’s carnival and a huge dance floor to show off your Chicken Dance.
