San Vicente is a deep, steep-sided reservoir on San Vicente Creek, approximately 25 miles northeast of San Diego.
It is available for fishing, swimming and boating.
When full the reservoir has 1,069 surface acres, a maximum water depth of 190 feet, and 14 shoreline miles.
Reservoir has Florida-strain largemouth bass, black crappie, bluegill, channel catfish, blue catfish, white catfish, and green sunfish.
San Vicente offers waterskiing, wakeboarding, and towing inflatables, etc.

With over 40 miles of trails, boating on Lake Murray, camping at Kumeyaay Lake,
equestrian trails, and numerous informative hikes.

405-acre preserve of county land is filled chapparal, manzanita, woods, hills,

El Monte County Park

The spectacular rocky face of El Cajon Mountain rises high over this park,
dominating the other mountains that encircle this valley.
El Monte is one of the original County parks and one of the most popular.
There are plenty of recreational opportunities in this 98-acre park, including ball fields and play areas.
Seven reservable picnic areas make every size picnic easy to arrange.

This drinking water reservoir of the Helix Water District is open for camping, fishing, boating
and other lakefront activities. Large campground is operated by County Parks.
Lake Jennings is an attractive mountain-ringed reservoir with a 100-acre campground at its northwest corner, and a boat pier, launch ramp, and concessions.
Louis Stelzer County Park

340 acres of oak woodland and coastal sage scrub and home to two large playgrounds.
Majestic hundred-year-old oak trees provide plenty of shade.

Lindo Lake County Park is the recreational center of the community, with its family and group picnic areas, dance ramada,
play areas, softball field, horseshoe pits, fishing, and tennis courts. The park is also home to the local county library.

Willowbrook Country Club
