Rancho Cucamonga Quakes
California Minor League Baseball
The Quakes are a "high-A" class team in the California League, and have been a farm team of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim since 2001.
Inland Empire 66'ers Baseball
Formerly known as the San Bernardino Stampede, this ballclub has won league championships in 1995, 1999, 2000 and 2003.
The stadium, Arrowhead Credit Union Park, as it is now named, seats 5,000 with grass seating that
can accommodate several thousand more fans in comfort.
High Desert Mavericks
Milwaukee Brewers farm team created in 1991 in the middle of the Mojave Desert.
Here the brilliant green of the perfectly-groomed baseball diamond sharply contrasts with the surrounding miles of
desert sage, sandy brush, and Joshua trees.
Lancaster Jethawks
Class A affiliate farm team of the Houston Astros. Team mascots include KaBoom, Stealth and the Hawkettes.
Nicknamed "The Hangar", the stadium has a NASA F/A-18 Hornet mounted on display at the front entrance.

Bakersfield Blaze

Class A affiliate of the Texas Rangers. Their mascot is "Heater" the Dragon.
Historic Sam Lynn Ballpark, opened in 1941, is well known for facing the setting sun and its shallow 354-foot center field fence, and seats 3,500 fans.
Modesto Nuts
California - Minor League Baseball
Class A Advanced Affilate of the Colorado Rockies. The team was previously known as the Modesto A's.
The Modesto Nuts play home games at John Thurman Field. Opened in 1955 and renovated in 1997, the park seats 4,000 fans.
San Jose Giants
California Minor League Baseball
Class A- Affiliate of the San Francisco Giants since 1988.

Banner Island Ballpark. Advanced Class-A Affiliate team of the Oakland Athletics.

Visalia Rawhide
California Minor League Baseball
High-Class A Affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks. Formerly the Visalia Oaks, the name was changed to Rawhide in 2009 by a fan vote.
Recreation Ballpark first opened in 1946 but was extensively remodeled in 2003 for the Rawhide.
The Visalia Rawhide mascot is a Holstein Bull named Tipper.

Western Baseball League
The Western Baseball League was an independent minor league in the United States, whose member teams were not associated
with any Major League Baseball teams. It operated from 1995 to 2002.
California teams included the Solano Steelheads and the Sonoma County Crushers.
Southern California Collegiate Baseball Association [SCCBA]
The Southern California Collegiate Baseball Association is a collegiate summer woodbat baseball league. The SCCBA is a member of the National Baseball Congress.
The league consists of 4 (was 6) teams: The East Los Angeles Dodgers (now the Eagles), the Los Angeles Thrashers of Long Beach, California,
the Orange County Pioneers in Orange, California and the Palm Springs Power formerly of the disbanded Pacific Southwest Baseball League (2004-08).
It is thought the Trombly Thunder of Brea, California and the California Mariners of Newport Beach, California may not return for the 2010 season.

The nine teams are across the west coast - several in California. Game season runs May through August.

The Outlaws are a member of the North Division of the independent Golden Baseball League,
which is not affiliated with either Major League Baseball or Minor League Baseball.
From the 2005 season to the present, the Outlaws have played their home games at Nettleton Stadium, on the campus of Chico State University.
