
Naval Base Point Loma
Located at the mouth of San Diego harbor, Naval Base Point Loma comprises 316 acres on beautiful but rugged coastline,
although the main facilities are located on approximately 30 acres of relatively flat land. It has served primarily as a Submarine Base since
1959. Major warships based here is the Third Fleet command ship Coronado, and the five attack submarines of Submarine Squadron 11.

The base is located south of Downtown San Diego at the foot of 32nd Street near National City.
Naval Base San Diego is a major port of the US Pacific Fleet with over 50 warships stationed there.
Naval Base Coronado
North Island Naval Air Station
This base has a long famous history connected to naval aviation and has been a San Diego landmark for many years.
This US Navy Base is responsible to arm, repair, train, and supply some 140 tenant commands of the US Pacific Fleet.
It oversees several facilities including air base, aircraft carriers, amphibious base and several training installations.
Naval Weapons Station Fallbrook - Camp Pendleton
Part of the NWS Seal Beach Command (which includes Detachments in Concord, Corona, and Fallbrook)
exists to provide weapons storage, loading, maintenance, assessment and support to ships and submarines
of the United States Pacific Fleet. Our facilities also support Coast Guard vessels and Marine
Corps units stationed afloat and ashore.
